About Me:
I’m Zach Lewandowski, the founder and lead coach at Fortified Strength & Nutrition. I help busy people like you navigate the overwhelming world of nutrition, achieve lasting fat loss, and create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
Beyond Fortified Strength & Nutrition:
Alongside running my nutrition coaching business, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, presented for the Johnny Weir Skating Academy, and supported pro-level athletes with their nutrition and fitness goals. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and I’m passionate about helping you feel your best, inside and out.
My Story:
I didn’t always feel confident about my own health and nutrition. In fact, I struggled with my weight and relationship with food for years. In high school, I thought I found the answer by losing 35 pounds through extreme dieting and over-exercising, but it left me feeling trapped, scared of certain foods, and afraid to miss a workout. I missed out on social events and, more importantly, missed out on enjoying my life.
Through years of personal experience and gaining knowledge about what actually works, I found a way to break free from the all-or-nothing mindset and create lasting habits that fit into my life. Now, I help others do the same.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by work, family, and trying to figure out nutrition on your own. That’s why I focus on helping my clients create habits that fit into their busy lives. I help you build a solid foundation with sustainable changes that make you feel confident, strong, and energetic—without the overwhelm.
Over the past five years, I’ve refined my program to include not just nutrition, but fitness routines and mindset shifts that help my clients achieve real fat loss and keep it off for good. It’s all about finding balance, making progress, and living your life without the guilt or stress.

About Baloo:
Baloo is a 5-year-old husky, and he’s got all the energy in the world. My wife and I named him after Baloo from The Jungle Book because he’s just as playful and full of life as the character
If you hear a dog that sounds like a siren or see a fluffy tail pop up in the background of a Zoom call, don’t worry—it’s just Baloo doing his thing! He loves butt scratches but is pretty moody when it comes to interaction—don’t be surprised if he ignores you! He's a husky, after all.
He’s always around, adding a bit of energy to our remote sessions, so consider it a bonus if you get a glimpse of him doing his thing.
